We loved our room that was cleaned and available with Mountain View, amazing views, as for instance. The hotel was located close to the lakefront as well as wharf. Also, Kiwi and Birdlife Park was around the corner.

nice interiors and plentiful breakfast. i had king room which was cosy, relaxing bed. decent facilities and the pool was incredible. a wonderful beach, awesome view.

There was private parking, extremely spacious rooms, exceptionally nice staff. There was plenty of DELICIOUS options for continental breakfast. I got free upgrade and loved it. Fairly clean hotel and impeccable service. Just 10 minutes walking to the heart of the city.
Facilities were adequate, even so wifi was very poor.

The hotel was perfectly fine and I liked its terrific location and staff. Reasonably large bathroom, comfy bed, spacious bedroom. It was fine time in Queenstown.
